Our mentors undergo a single days training and nothing more is required because they are offering you the benefit of their experience, which clearly they already know! 
 
Our mentors all run businesses, usually from start-up, so they have the experience that will help you.
 
Our mentors have taken financial risks, as you have to. They have gone through that first hurdle of taking on their first employee. They have learnt to operate within the rules that bind us all, sometimes with no obvious reason. They have lain awake at night worrying about whether their quote will be accepted, or if the machine will start in the morning. They have experienced the thrill when an unexpected order comes in, or the first customer thanks them for a job well done........
